Exceptional location, friendly staff, and gorgeous views.

Parking was easy.

We had to move rooms once due to issues. Daily, we found ourselves requesting basic amenities like towels and toilet paper. The heating was inconsistent, and the noise from maintenance was unbearable, making it an uncomfortable stay overall.

Had an awesome time during our 2-night stay, especially enjoying the cozy evenings in the tv room and a nice soak in the jacuzzi after a long day exploring. The only bummer was the parking situation for larger vehicles, which can be a bit tricky. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this spot for a fun getaway! 😊

We had a fantastic stay with a great view of the mountains from our room. The location was ideal for exploring Banff, and the friendly staff were always ready to assist us with recommendations. However, the noise level in the hotel at night was a bit disruptive, which affected our sleep.

Excellent location for access to shops and dining, making it easy to explore. The spacious family room provided comfortable sleeping arrangements, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Enjoyed delicious oatmeal at breakfast, which was a delightful start to the day. However, occasional noise from the train station was noticeable, and I was disappointed that some food discounts seemed exclusive to locals. Having to navigate to nearby parking was also a minor hassle.

My stay was very enjoyable thanks to the hotel’s ideal position right in the heart of banff, making it just a few steps from the canadian ski museum and a short walk to the banff park museum, which was perfect for my outdoor walks and explorations. the staff were really friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

i loved elk + avenue! the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. our room was spacious and super comfortable. the staff really stood out, especially how friendly and helpful they were. after a day of exploring, the whirlpool and sauna area was a great way to relax.

Comfortable stay for families!

Our family room was spacious with comfy beds, perfect for 5 people, and had amazing views of the mountains! The hotel is right on the main strip, making it super easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Staff were really friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The lobby had a warm vibe, perfect for unwinding after a day out.

Sooo enjoyed the great location, super easy to access everything we wanted in Banff! The in-house restaurant serves decent food, so you won't go hungry. Just a bummer that our room was way too cold—the heating was only on or off. Overall, comfy beds and a solid shower made up for it!

The location is absolutely perfect, allowing easy access to Banff’s attractions and stunning views right from our room. I loved sipping on coffee from the cozy GoodEarth café, which you can reach without stepping outside – hello winter warmth! The staff were incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
